Hello!

Jaime is a Panamanian freelance illustrator + character designer based in Düsseldorf.

A kid from the 80’s that grew up in Panama, influenced by cartoons, comic books, anime and music. He picked up a pencil at a young age and just never stopped. He graduated with a BFA in animation at ECIB (Escuela de Cine de Barcelona) in Barcelona, Spain in 2018. Since then, he worked as a character designer and illustrator in several freelance projects for clothing brands, musicians and photographers. This year he illustrated his first picture book (by a self published author). Now he wants to break into the children’s book illustration industry and is looking for representation.

On his spare time, Jaime takes care of his many plants, aquariums. Collects vinyl records, art books and comic books. But specially just loves watching movies and hanging out with his biggest supporter, his wife.
